Ponce de Leon Springs

We had so much fun visiting Ponce de Leon Springs State Park. The air temperature was about 90 degrees with one hundred percent humidity, and yet, there we were, floating on ice cold water that felt as though it had been magically transported from a wintry mountain stream. The water was clear, shimmering with varying shades of aqua, peridot, and citrine. Every little tree root and pebble on the sandy bottom was visible from shore. Truly, a piece of heaven on earth.

I'd definitely go back, but I'd also like to visit Morrison Springs, which is just a hop and skip away from Ponce de Leon Springs, and explore the crystal clear waters on kayaks or paddle boards.
